1. Acceptance of Terms

a. The content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and logos, is owned by Spain House Hunting or the estate agencies who are advertising their properties on Spain House Hunting and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

b. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or otherwise use any content on the Website without the express written consent of Spain House Hunting.

5. Prohibition on Text or Data Mining and Web Scraping

a. You expressly agree that you will not engage in, or attempt to engage in, any text or data mining, web scraping, or any similar activity that involves the automated extraction of data or information from the Website.

b. Unauthorized text or data mining, web scraping, or any similar activity is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your access to the Website, legal action, and other remedies available under applicable law.

C. Spain House Hunting reserves the right to employ technological measures to detect and prevent text or data mining, web scraping, or any unauthorized use of the Website.

6. User-Generated Content

a. Users may submit content, including property listings, reviews, comments, and other materials (“User-Generated Content”). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Spain House Hunting a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

b. You are solely responsible for the User-Generated Content you submit, and you represent and warrant that:

i. You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize Spain House Hunting to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights in and to any User-Generated Content to enable inclusion and use of the User-Generated Content in the manner contemplated by the Website and these Terms.

iii. The User-Generated Content is not defamatory, obscene, offensive, threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

iv. The User-Generated Content is accurate, current, and complete.

c. Spain House Hunting reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to review, edit, or remove any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. Violations of these Terms may result in the removal of the User-Generated Content, suspension or termination of your account, and other actions as deemed appropriate by Spain House Hunting.

d. Examples of User-Generated Content that may be considered a violation of these Terms include, but are not limited to:

i. Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

ii. Content that is false, misleading, or deceptive.

iii. Content that contains viruses, malware, or other harmful components.

iv. Content that promotes or encourages illegal activities.

v. Content that is offensive, discriminatory, or violates the rights of others.

vi. Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

e. Spain House Hunting is not responsible for any User-Generated Content, and the views expressed in such content do not necessarily reflect the views of Spain House Hunting.

f. If you believe that any User-Generated Content violates these Terms or your intellectual property rights, please contact Spain House Hunting promptly.
