Property Listings
You can view all of your properties in the CRM by clicking on the “Properties” link on the left menu. You can do the following on this page:
- Search for a specific property by “Title” or “Property ID”. The Title is word specific e.g. if you search for “Apartment”, it will list all the properties you have in the CRM with “Apartment” in the title.
- Sort the list by; Price, Featured Listings First, Date added and Title.
- Filter the property status by; Published, Pending, Expired (no longer published/Sold), Draft (waiting for more details to publish), On Hold and Disapproved (only Spain House Hunting administrators have the ability to disapprove a listing if the listing breaks the terms).
On the right hand side, you will see the “Actions” button. When you click on the button, you will see a drop down with more action items.
- View Stats – see how many users have viewed the specific property page.
- Edit – edit the property.
- Delete – delete the property from the CRM and Spain House Hunting website completely.
- Duplicate – make a copy of the property.
- Put on Hold – unpublish the property from the Spain House Hunting website. It will remain in your CRM.
- Mark as Sold – this will remove the property from the website and mark it as sold.
- Set as Featured – if you still have available featured listings in your subscription, then you can mark the property as featured, so that it is more visible on the website.
